From Bayside Patch: President Barack Obama is reportedly planning to pick current chief of staff Jack Lew, a Queens native, to serve as the head of the United States Treasury Department, NY 1 reported.
The White House would not confirm whether a final decision had been made and the president’s decision would be announced by the end of the week.
