The Stoler Report – What’s Happening in Queens?

Hear the latest intellectual discussion on CUNY TV’s newest program.

A new television show called the The Stoler Report will premier Tuesday, May 15th at 11 PM on CUNY TV.

The program’s guests are Barry Rudofsky (Managing Member of Bronstein Properties), Thomas Donovan (Partner at Massey Knakal Realty Services), Manny Malekan (President of Malachite Group), and Ilias Theodoropulous (President of Intercontinental Financial).

Topics will include a comprehensive range of issues currently affecting the real estate market in Queens, such as how retail businesses are faring in Queens, the overlooked value of The Rockaways, the variation in rents from northern to southern Queens, the tremendous commercial impact of Aqueduct Racetrack and Casino, the gentrification of Long Island City, and the predilection of Queens residents to eat at home.

The broadcast will repeat on Wednesday, May 16 at 8:20 AM, 2:30 PM, and 10:30 PM and Sunday, May 20 at 10:30 AM, and can be viewed online after May 15 at www.cuny.tv.
